work with and through others--delegating, training,
planning, scheduling, controlling--in short, managing a
project. The class is divided into teams, or
“companies”, with one manager for each company. This
exercise puts a premium on the team’s ability to build
effective working relations in a short period of time
while juggling time, cost and quality.
